If the exchange is less expensive, we will refund the difference. If the exchange is more expensive, please include a check for the difference in your package.

Yes, they are covered by a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects under normal use and care. A wool sweater, even a high-quality one, remains a fragile item and must be used and cared for with caution. The warranty excludes snags, misuse, burns, cuts, and failure to follow washing instructions.
The sweaters are made in Roanne (42). The labels in St-Etienne (42). The boxes in Nantua (01). The buttons in Patornay (39). Designed and packaged in Roanne (42). We use French carriers, La Poste and Chronopost. The website is hosted in Clermont-Ferrand (63).
You can machine wash it on a cold wool cycle with a gentle wool detergent; do not spin at more than 600 rpm and dry flat (do not hang). For two-tone or three-tone models, we recommend using a color catcher sheet to prevent any risk of bleeding, even though the sweaters have already been washed once.
