Regardless of the chosen delivery method, our team carefully prepares and packs your order in a custom-made box to ensure the beautiful Le Pull Français gift box or packaging remains undamaged. If you wish to modify your order before it ships (error in size, model, color, quantity, or address), please contact us imperatively before 10:00 AM by phone or email. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order for optimal packaging quality.

 

Looking to give a sweater as a gift? You can create as many delivery addresses as you have friends. The price is not displayed on the box or the packing slip, and you will receive the invoice directly in your inbox. The recipient will be able to exchange the sweater(s) for free within 30 days with a simple phone call.

Free 48/72h Colissimo Shipping (Mainland France)

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday (for any order confirmed before 3:00 PM on those days) upon receipt of payment. A Colissimo order confirmed after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day (excluding public holidays). Packages are shipped via Colissimo 48/72h (to your home, a pick-up point, or a post office) with a tracking number and delivered against signature.

 

This Colissimo 48/72h delivery method is free of charge for Mainland France. For other destinations, please consult our shipping costs and delivery times table.

Returns accepted within 30 days, free exchanges

According to current regulations, you have 14 days on all websites to return a product. We have decided to extend this period and accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days. For orders placed between November 10th and November 30th, customers have an additional period to exercise their right of withdrawal, due to holiday and Christmas gift-giving.

 

We pay special attention to packaging quality so that the sweaters arrive perfectly intact in their Le Pull Français tissue paper or their beautiful gift box (also made in France). We therefore ask that you return the sweater(s) exactly as you received them:

 

  • Perfectly new, unworn (tried on only), without any stains, marks, snags, or scents.

  • Neatly folded in their Le Pull Français box or packaging, with all labels attached.

  • The box securely packed in the original custom-made shipping carton, including padding if you are returning fewer sweaters than received.

Exchange procedure

Return shipping for exchanges is free via Colissimo for Mainland France. We will provide you with a pre-paid label. For other destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

  1. Send us an email at serviceclient@le-pull-francais.com, specifying the item being returned and the item requested in exchange.

  2. Upon reading your message, we will immediately reserve the available size for your exchange.

  3. Repack your item exactly as you received it (in perfect condition, unworn, with all labels, neatly folded in its box, with the blue Le Pull Français box placed inside the brown shipping carton).

  4. Attach the pre-paid return label and drop off your package at a post office or a Colissimo pick-up point.

  5. Upon receipt of your return in perfect condition, we will send your exchange free of charge.

Refund procedure

If you keep at least 50% of your order (in terms of quantity) after an exchange or refund, the return shipping is free! If you request a refund for more than 50% of your order, the return shipping costs remain at your expense.

  • You order 1 sweater and wish to exchange it = Return shipping is free

  • You order 2 sweaters and keep only one = Return shipping is free

  • You order 3 sweaters and keep at least two = Return shipping is free

  • You order 3 sweaters and keep only one = Return shipping costs are at your expense

  • You order 4 sweaters and keep at least two = Return shipping is free

  • You order 4 sweaters and keep only one = Return shipping costs are at your expense

 

  1. Send us an email at serviceclient@le-pull-francais.com, specifying the item being returned.

  2. Upon reading your message, we will confirm your return authorization.

  3. Repack your item exactly as you received it (in perfect condition, unworn, with all labels, neatly folded in its box, with the blue Le Pull Français box inside the brown shipping carton).

  4. Attach the pre-paid return label and drop off your package at a post office or a Colissimo pick-up point.

  5. Upon receipt of your return in perfect condition, we will refund you within 48 hours using the same payment method used for the order (with a potential deduction of €6.99 if you use the pre-paid return label and keep less than 50% of your order).
