This document (the ‘Terms and Conditions of Sale’) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, consumer and non-professional customers wishing to purchase products marketed by LE PULL FRANÇAIS via the website http://www.le-pull-francais.com (the “Products”), hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” and, on the other hand, LE PULL FRANCAIS (referred to as the “Seller”).
Any order placed for a Product appearing within the online shop of the site www.le-pull-francais.com implies the prior consultation and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which prevail over any contrary stipulations that may appear on the Customer’s order forms, unless special conditions are accepted by both “Parties” (LE PULL FRANÇAIS and the Customer), following the acceptance process of said Terms and Conditions as detailed below.
The contract is offered in French and consists of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, any special conditions (quotes), and the order confirmation specifying the description and quantity of the Products, their price, and delivery terms (the “Contract”). The Terms and Conditions of Sale can be consulted at any time on the Site.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Sector
The unique identifier (IDU) of LE PULL FRANCAIS, for Products for which it is considered a “producer” within the meaning of Article L. 541-10 of the Environment Code, is: In accordance with Article R. 541-173 of the Environment Code, “any producer indicates the unique identifier provided for in Article L. 541-10-13 in the document relating to the general terms and conditions of sale.”
In accordance with Article L. 541-10-10 of the Environment Code, “the seller of a product subject to the principle of extended producer responsibility communicates to the buyer, at the latter’s request, the unique identifier under which the producer is registered who fulfills, for this product, the extended producer responsibility obligations mentioned in Article L. 541-10.”
We understand that LE PULL FRANÇAIS is considered the producer/distributor of its sweaters on which it places its brand: as such, it is subject to the obligation to join an eco-organization and to indicate its unique identification number following its membership. The eco-organization in charge of the textile sector is Refashion, to be contacted to ensure compliance by Le Pull Français with its obligations regarding extended producer responsibility.
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the remote sale of Products offered on the Site. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as its Product offering, at any time and without prior notice, without prejudice to current Contracts and orders. Such modifications shall apply to all orders placed subsequent to the update.
The offer is exclusively intended for consumers with a delivery address in mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM), Europe, the United States, and Canada.
Products are presented on the Site with a product page allowing the Customer to view their essential characteristics and price. Product offers are subject to availability; items remain visible and available on the Site until stocks are exhausted.
In the event of a charge or payment for an unavailable item, LE PULL FRANÇAIS undertakes to refund the Customer within 7 days.
The Products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. While photographs represent the Products as faithfully as possible, they cannot ensure perfect similarity with the Product in question, particularly regarding the rendering of colors on screen.
Consequently, the photos and illustrations of the Products presented on the Site are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. In particular, technical constraints may result in minor differences in Product colors compared to those appearing in photos and illustrations, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.
However, in the event of a manifest error in the photo and/or a non-conforming description, LE PULL FRANÇAIS will cover the return costs via a pre-paid return label and will proceed with the refund of the concerned Product upon receipt of the returned item.
Product prices are indicated in euros (inclusive of all taxes, except in specific situations, particularly for export) and are those in effect on the day of the order. The prices displayed on the product presentation pages do not include shipping costs (transport costs), which are specified at the time of order completion. The prices indicated take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. LE PULL FRANÇAIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice, without prejudice to current orders and Contracts. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.
Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the price, which is due in full at the time of the order. No discount is granted by LE PULL FRANÇAIS for early payment, and at no time can the sums paid be considered as earnest money or down payments. Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside mainland France and the European Union (notably Switzerland, the United States, Canada, or French Overseas Territories) may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties imposed for these destinations. These customs duties and potential taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Customer, in addition to the order price. LE PULL FRANÇAIS is not required to verify or inform the Customer of applicable customs duties and taxes.
By ordering on the Site, the Customer is informed that they are considered the importer of the Products ordered and, as such, are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the country where they receive the goods.
The creation of an account by the Customer is mandatory before placing any order (the ‘Customer Account’). Upon creating the Customer Account, the Customer acknowledges the privacy policy of LE PULL FRANÇAIS, particularly regarding the collection of personal data necessary for order processing, and confirms their acceptance by checking the dedicated box.
The Customer Account allows the Customer to access data related to their orders at any time. When ordering, the Customer must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information to ensure the proper processing of their order by LE PULL FRANÇAIS.
The Customer selects the Product(s) and the desired quantity and adds them to their cart to place an order according to the following process:
(1) Access to the cart and a summary detailing the order and its total price (including VAT), allowing for the verification and correction of any errors (‘Your Cart’ or ‘Checkout’ page). (2) Identification or creation of a customer account using the form provided for this purpose. (3) Access to a summary of the order content detailing the Products ordered, their essential characteristics, their unit price excluding and including VAT, and summarizing the total price including VAT. (4) The Customer is invited to specify delivery and/or billing information, choose the delivery method and payment method, acknowledge and expressly accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the dedicated box, and then confirm their order (constituting consent and resulting in a payment obligation for the Customer).
If the Customer chooses payment by credit card, they are then redirected to the secure payment site to pay the agreed price.
The information provided by the Customer when placing the order is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient’s contact details, LE PULL FRANÇAIS cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the Product, nor for any resulting delivery errors or delays.
Any order validated and paid for by the Customer, and confirmed by LE PULL FRANÇAIS following the process detailed above, constitutes the Contract: without prejudice to the right of withdrawal available to the Customer under the conditions specified in Article 4 below, the order is firm and final and can no longer be modified.
LE PULL FRANÇAIS will confirm receipt of the order by sending an acknowledgment of receipt to the Customer via email, including all the components of the contract (ordered Product(s), quantity, price including VAT, delivery times and methods, shipping costs, and the Terms and Conditions of Sale as an attachment, including the withdrawal form).
The Customer is recommended to keep this acknowledgment of receipt, as it constitutes proof of their order.
Payment of the full price is due upon ordering by the Customer, who undertakes to pay the stipulated price, which includes the item(s) price, shipping costs, and other order processing fees. Payment for purchases can be made at the customer’s choice using the following methods:
PayPal: The Customer’s financial information is never shared with LE PULL FRANÇAIS. PayPal encrypts and protects the card number once and for all. The Customer pays online by simply entering their email address and PayPal password.
Credit Card Payment: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard. The Customer enters their card number and security code (cryptogram) directly into the Payplug secure payment system (‘https’). These numbers do not appear in any way on the Site and cannot be recorded. The card is debited at the time of order confirmation.
As part of the fight against internet fraud, LE PULL FRANÇAIS may request from the Customer any documents necessary to release their order (copy of ID card, proof of address, banking documents, etc.) for any type of payment. LE PULL FRANÇAIS reserves the right to refuse delivery or to honor an order in cases where the Customer has not fully or partially paid for a previous order, or in the case of an ongoing payment dispute, or when the Customer’s solvency is not guaranteed.
The Seller implements all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted on the Site. For this purpose, the Site uses a remote payment and data encryption system using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode, ensuring that data never travels unencrypted over the network. The transaction is carried out via the BNP Mercanet banking platform, which alone has access to the confidential information (card number, expiration date, CVX code) provided by the Customer at the time of payment. The telepayment manager issues an electronic certificate which shall serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.
The ordered Products remain the property of the Seller until final and full payment of their price, including shipping costs and taxes. In the event of a default of payment, the Customer is required to return the concerned goods to the Seller at their own expense, under penalty of legal action.
In case of refusal or non-receipt of payment within TWENTY (20) days following the placement of the order, the order will be electronically cancelled, and the Customer will be notified by email. Similarly, active shopping carts that have not been converted are automatically cancelled after THIRTY (30) days.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process, according to the terms agreed between the Parties and summarized in the order confirmation (notably address, fees, shipping times, and delivery times) and only within the geographical areas served by the Seller (see Article 2 above).
Any in-stock Product purchased by credit card on the Site will be delivered within 5 working days in mainland France (generally observed timeframe) via Colissimo. For French Overseas Departments, the delivery timeframe is 7 to 9 working days (generally observed timeframe); this does not account for additional delays that may be imposed by customs formalities.
The delivery note provided by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the Product, shall constitute proof of transport and delivery.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the content, conformity, and condition of the Product(s) (absence of apparent defects/damage, particularly if the parcel appears to have been opened and/or shows manifest signs of deterioration), and note any reservations that appear justified on the delivery slip (these reservations must be precise and detailed). In the event of delays, damage, total or partial loss, or any other problem, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact LE PULL FRANÇAIS and communicate their reservations in writing (notably by email), so that LE PULL FRANÇAIS can take necessary action with the carrier if applicable. The Customer is informed that the maximum legal period for notifying reservations to the carrier is THREE (3) days (excluding public holidays) from receipt of the Products for deliveries in France, and SEVEN (7) working days for international deliveries.
After this period, the Products are considered to be in conformity with the order, i.e., showing no apparent defects/damage. It is specified that the absence of reservations made in the manner and within the timeframes above does not affect the legal warranties available to the Customer (see the box following the Terms and Conditions) or their right of withdrawal (see below).
In the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card at the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The Product must be collected from the address and according to the terms indicated by the carrier.
In the event of failure to collect within the timeframe set by the carrier, the Products will be returned to the following address: Le Pull Français, 236 Chemin Martin 42153 RIORGES. LE PULL FRANÇAIS reserves the right to refund the price, with shipping costs remaining at the Customer’s expense.
LE PULL FRANÇAIS reserves the right to split shipments; however, the contribution to shipping costs will be invoiced based on a single shipment.
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding the timeframe displayed on the site by more than 3 working days, the customer may contact LE PULL FRANÇAIS to request free return shipping (in the form of a pre-paid Colissimo return label for mainland France) and a full refund of their order, including initial shipping costs if any.

In the event of an error in the contact information provided, LE PULL FRANÇAIS cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver. In such cases, the costs incurred for a new delivery will be at the Customer’s expense and invoiced at the following rates:
Colissimo Home Delivery (Mainland France): €8.99
Colissimo Collection Point or Post Office (Mainland France): €7.99
Customs Duties: Import formalities, customs duties, and any potential taxes related to the delivery of an item outside the European Union are at the expense of and are the sole responsibility of the Customer. These must be paid to the competent authorities of the delivery country.
The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the import possibilities of the ordered Products with regard to the laws of the delivery country. Le Pull Français is not required to verify or inform the Customer of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out more, Le Pull Français advises the Customer to check with the competent authorities in their country.
The Customer benefits from a withdrawal period, the terms and effects of which are specified in the box below, of FOURTEEN (14) days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by them, takes physical possession of their order or the last parcel in the case of separate delivery of a single order.
Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal: Right of withdrawal and effects of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this Contract without giving any reason within FOURTEEN (14) days. The withdrawal period expires FOURTEEN (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of a contract for several goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately: FOURTEEN (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Geographical address: LE PULL FRANÇAIS, 236 Chemin Martin 42153 RIORGES; telephone number: 06 46 04 07 48; email address: serviceclient@le-pull-francais.com) of your decision to withdraw from the Contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than FOURTEEN (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. The date used being that of the first of these events.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than FOURTEEN (14) days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the Contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of FOURTEEN (14) days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
In addition, and without prejudice to the foregoing, all items purchased on the Site may be exchanged or refunded. In this regard, LE PULL FRANÇAIS offers the Customer a period of 30 days (the statutory period being 14 days, see above) to exercise a contractual right of return and exchange/refund starting from the date of receipt of the goods.
For orders placed between November 10th and November 30th, the Customer has an additional period to exercise their right of withdrawal, due to Christmas and year-end gifts. LE PULL FRANÇAIS will refund the Customer as soon as possible and at the latest within five (5) working days following the date of receipt of the returned Product. Shipping costs paid by the Customer (Chronopost, delivery outside mainland France) will not be refunded if this contractual right of return and exchange/refund is exercised beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
The refund will be issued to the billing address registered when the Customer placed the order and via the same payment method used during the order (Credit Card, PayPal, or check).
As part of this contractual right of return and exchange/refund (excluding the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal under the conditions detailed above), the returned Product(s) must be:
New, with all labels attached, unused, only tried on indoors, and not worn outdoors.
In their perfectly intact original blue box (no tape, no staples, no marks) and securely packed in the shipping carton. Any return without its intact blue ‘LE PULL FRANÇAIS Made in France’ box will incur a €4 fee, deducted from the refund amount.
The Customer may choose to use the pre-paid Colissimo return label provided in their parcel. If the return concerns a refund for more than 50% of the order, the return fee of €6.99 will be deducted from the refund. If more than 50% of the order is kept, the return from mainland France is free.
No return will be accepted if the returned Products have been visibly used or damaged by the Customer and if such use or damage renders the Products unfit for sale. If the return is refused by LE PULL FRANÇAIS, the Products will be returned to the Customer at the Seller’s expense, without the Customer being able to claim any compensation or right to a refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by LE PULL FRANÇAIS in the event of a merchant error (delivery of a Product other than the one ordered or incorrect size delivered). Return-exchanges for a model of equal or greater value are covered by LE PULL FRANÇAIS for mainland France. Return shipping costs for a refund are covered (mainland France only) if the Customer keeps at least 50% of the total value of the order.

Order 2 sweaters: 1 kept, 1 refunded = free return shipping
Order 3 sweaters: 2 kept, 1 refunded = free return shipping
Order 3 sweaters: 1 kept, 2 refunded = return shipping is at your expense
Order 4 sweaters: 2 kept, 2 refunded = free return shipping
Order 4 sweaters: 1 kept, 3 refunded = return shipping is at your expense
In all other cases (refund request for more than 50% of the order, withdrawal), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. If a pre-paid return label is used for a refund request of more than 50% of the order, the return fee of €6.99 will be deducted from the refund.
Any exchange or return must be requested by email (serviceclient@le-pull-francais.com). If the Customer chose to send their return parcel via Colissimo, their exchange order will be shipped within 48 business hours following the restocking of the returned items.
If the amount of the Customer’s exchange order is higher than the initial order, the difference can be paid online by credit card or PayPal, or by sending a check for the balance with the return. The shipment of the exchange order is subject to the validation of this payment. If the amount of the exchange order is lower than the initial order, LE PULL FRANÇAIS will refund the difference within 3 working days at the latest following receipt of the return parcel, using the same payment method used for the initial order.
The Customer must keep the proof of deposit of the parcel provided by the Post Office. In the event of a lost parcel, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit. In the event of receipt of a return parcel whose content does not comply with the return request or Products not respecting the return conditions mentioned above, LE PULL FRANÇAIS reserves the right to take any corresponding recovery actions against the Customer.
LE PULL FRANÇAIS cannot be held liable for any defects, damages, errors, or other issues caused by any inaccurate information provided by the Customer during the creation of their account or order, particularly regarding identification and delivery details.
LE PULL FRANÇAIS shall not be held liable for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.
LE PULL FRANÇAIS is and remains the owner of all its intellectual property rights, particularly regarding the images and illustrations present on the Site, the LE PULL FRANÇAIS brand/logo, the Products, as well as the domain name associated with the Site, which the Customer acknowledges and undertakes to respect.
All data: texts, photos, comments, works, illustrations, and images reproduced on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark, or patent law. They are the exclusive property of LE PULL FRANÇAIS.
Consequently, it is strictly forbidden to reproduce, download, copy, or exploit them, even partially, for commercial purposes worldwide, without the prior agreement of LE PULL FRANÇAIS.
LE PULL FRANÇAIS undertakes to comply with the legal and regulatory provisions in force applicable to the protection of personal data concerning the Customer, and in particular to apply the LE PULL FRANÇAIS privacy policy accessible via the following link: https://www.le-pull-francais.com/fr/content/30-donnees-personnelles
In this regard, LE PULL FRANÇAIS specifies that the purpose of the processing is the execution of the Contract, for its duration as well as for the duration of the warranty and the statutes of limitation. LE PULL FRANÇAIS undertakes to take measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data collected, which will under no circumstances be transferred to any third party that does not provide the same guarantees. LE PULL FRANÇAIS reminds the Customer that they have the right to access, rectify, port, delete, and erase their personal data, and to limit the processing and object to the processing for legitimate reasons, as well as the right to define post-mortem directives. These rights can be exercised at the following addresses:
LE PULL FRANÇAIS – 236 Chemin Martin 42153 RIORGES and/or serviceclient@le-pull-francais.com. The Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (CNIL in France, or the Data Protection Authority in Belgium).
The Site le-pull-francais.com is registered with the CNIL under No. 1994581 V0.
The Customer may also consult or modify their personal data in the ‘My Account’ section.
All products are guaranteed for 2 years against hidden defects. The seller undertakes to repair when possible, exchange, or refund, subject to available stock, any products that may be damaged or defective, provided they have been used normally and in accordance with the recommendations in the user manuals, maintenance guides, and documents provided by the manufacturers.
For unused products received with a defect noted upon opening the parcel (stain, stitching defect, defect visible to the naked eye), the request must be made within 30 days of discovering the defect, including a photo of the defect. For used products containing a hidden defect that reveals itself during use, this period is 2 years to request warranty coverage.
In such cases, the Customer must report the issue in detail, including a photo of the problem if possible, by email to: serviceclient@le-pull-francais.com and return the product according to the return procedure set out in Article 7 of these general terms and conditions of sale. Le Pull Français will then proceed with either an exchange, a credit note, or a refund of the product depending on product availability and/or the Customer’s preference.
In the event of a confirmed quality issue, the shipping and return costs will be refunded to the Customer.
Any refund will be processed as soon as possible and at the latest within five (5) working days following the date of receipt of the products at the Le Pull Français warehouse. The refund will be sent to the billing address registered when the order was placed and via the same payment method used for the order. In any event, the customer benefits from the legal warranty against defects that the delivered product might present, notably those relating to the warranty against hidden defects for a duration of 2 years.
Neither Party shall be deemed to have failed in its contractual obligations to the extent that their performance is delayed, hindered, or prevented by a fortuitous event of force majeure.
Any irresistible, unpredictable, unavoidable fact or circumstance, external to the parties, independent of the parties’ will, and which cannot be prevented by them despite all reasonably possible efforts, shall be considered a case of force majeure.
The occurrence of a case of force majeure shall, in the first instance, automatically suspend the execution of the order. If, after a period of two (2) months, the parties find that the case of force majeure persists, the order shall be automatically cancelled, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Contests organized by LE PULL FRANÇAIS are free and carry no obligation to purchase. They are open to any person residing in mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, French Overseas Departments (DOM), Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. Contest winners are notified by email.
LE PULL FRANÇAIS reserves the right to postpone or cancel a Contest and cannot be held liable for any problem that may occur during the operation.
Participation in the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules. The rules may be modified at any time by the organizer in the form of an amendment, in compliance with the stated conditions. Any fraud or attempted fraud committed with a view to unduly receiving a prize may lead to prosecution.
Electronic communications between the Parties shall have probative value regarding the Contract. Consequently, it is expressly agreed that, barring manifest error or proof to the contrary, the data stored by LE PULL FRANÇAIS in its information system shall have probative value between the Parties in the event of a dispute.
When acting as a consumer, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to use a mediation service free of charge.

The dispute can only be examined by the consumer mediator when: (i) the Customer proves that they have previously attempted to resolve their dispute directly with LE PULL FRANÇAIS by a written complaint to the following addresses: LE PULL FRANÇAIS – 236 Chemin Martin 42153 RIORGES and/or serviceclient@le-pull-francais.com and (ii) the Customer has filed their request with the mediator within a period of less than ONE (1) year from their written complaint to LE PULL FRANÇAIS.
The Contract shall terminate automatically and by operation of law upon completion of the sale or in the event of non-performance of an obligation referred to in Articles 5 and/or 6 of the Contract and after a formal notice sent by the creditor of the obligation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (LRAR) to the other Party, which remains unsuccessful upon the expiration of a period of TEN (10) days following receipt of the formal notice.
THE CONTRACT IS GOVERNED BY FRENCH LAW, EXCLUDING ANY CONFLICT OF LAWS THAT WOULD INVOLVE THE APPLICATION OF ANOTHER LAW AND/OR THE VIENNA CONVENTION ON THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS, SUBJECT TO THE APPLICATION OF ANY MANDATORY RULES MORE FAVORABLE IN THE CUSTOMER’S COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE ON THE DAY OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
